Leonardo Bomeny is a talented Brazilian music producer, guitarist, composer and singer-songwriter based in LA. He is fully immersed in his creative journey while making meaningful contributions to the music industry.
Leonardo Bomeny is a talented Brazilian music producer, live and session guitar player, composer, singer, and songwriter based in Los Angeles, California. Growing up in a musically inclined household, Leonardo was exposed to music from a young age, thanks to his father's background as a producer.
His musical journey began in Miami, where he initially received drum lessons from Fernando Moraes. Upon returning to Brazil, Leonardo delved into guitar lessons with esteemed instructors such as Norberto Vinhas, Nardel Guedes, and Reinaldo Garrido Russo, honing his skills on the instrument.
In 2009, Leonardo's professional career took off when he and his brother, Lucas Bomeny, formed the rock band Duranbah. The band achieved considerable success, performing at major Brazilian radio festivals and TV shows, and releasing two albums. Their first album was produced by the renowned Luiz Carlos Maluly, who has collaborated with prominent artists and producers like K.C. Porter.

After completing his studies in Music Production at Anhembi Morumbi in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Leonardo made the bold decision to relocate to Los Angeles. He enrolled in the Guitar Program coordinated by Stig Mathisen at the Musicians Institute College of Contemporary Music. This opportunity allowed him to learn from exceptional musicians such as Daniel Gilbert, Dale Turner, Bruce Buckingham, Sid Jacobs, Adam Hawley, Dave Hill, Stuart Ziff, Jeffery Marshall, and many others.
Currently residing in Los Angeles for his second year, Leonardo is continuing to pursue his dreams. He holds a Guitar Performance diploma from Musicians Institute and is now focusing on studying Music Composition. Recently, Leonardo and his brother released their band's second album, titled "Runaway." He took on the role of producer alongside Lucas Bomeny, while the album was recorded and mixed by Charlie Waymire at Ultimate Studios Inc.
